How to Return or Exchange a Product
You may return or exchange a product without giving a reason from the
date of the shipping confirmation up to 14 days after receiving the last
product in your order. You are only eligible for a return if the product is
in the same condition in which you received it, meaning unused,
unopened, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt
or proof of purchase.

instructions on how to ship your package. Please ensure you contact us
within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order.

Please enclose a note with your order number and contact information
with the package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if a
product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received your returned product. If your
return is approved, we will process your refund as quickly as possible
(and in any case within 14 days of the day we receive the product from
you) to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take
some time for your bank or credit card company to credit your account.
In the interest of preventing or investigating fraudulent activities: (a) we
may contact you regarding suspicious return activities and/or (b) we
reserve the right to deactivate any account involved in suspicious
activities.
